Refund Policy

 1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of delivery for eligible products. To qualify, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • Refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or tampering

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund:

  • Email us at support@garyvarones.com with your order ID, reason for refund, and clear photos of the item
  • Our team will verify the claim and respond within 48 hours
  • Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping (if applicable)

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs
  • For other eligible refunds, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team
  • Orders already dispatched or customized cannot be cancelled
